IGNOU Admission Last Date January 2024

The last date of IGNOU admission January 2024 for enrolling in various programs has been extended to March 10, 2024.

Prospective students are urged to submit their applications online for the January 2024 session at IGNOU well before the stipulated deadline. Should they fail to meet the closing date for January 2024 admissions, their next opportunity will be during the July 2024 admission cycle.

To apply for admission to IGNOU for the Jan 2024 session, students should begin by downloading the prospectus from the official website. It is important to thoroughly review all the details of the program they wish to apply for admission to.

IGNOU Online Admission 2024

Earlier, the students had to apply for admission by downloading application form website and submit it to the regional centre along with prescribed fee. But now, the university has launched an admission portal online where the learners can apply for IGNOU online admission 2024.

How to apply online for IGNOU admission January 2024

Steps 1: Students can apply for online admission by visiting the university official website at following URLS depending on the mode of learning:

Step 3: They have to upload the scanned copy of all the required documents, photograph and signature to the admission portal to apply for admission. The specification about the size of the photograph and size can be checked in the registration steps before uploading it to the portal.

Step 4: The biggest benefit of applying through online method is time saving. Also, the students do not need to make any demand draft to pay prescribed programme fee. They can fill IGNOU admission fee online by making use of their Credit/ Debit card/ Netbanking.

Important Note: It is suggested to scan documents from your originals.

Step 5: Once the learner upload all the required documents, he/she have to click on the next button to get the Form preview option. Preview you form details properly and submit if everything is correct.

Step 6: Save/Print your form for future reference.
