Hey everyone! Big news alert! The result for the IGNOU PHD Entrance Test for the January 2024 session is finally here! It’s time to find out if you made the cut and are on your way to becoming a super-smart PHD student!
Instructions:
- If you got at least 50% marks in the entrance test (that’s for the General category), or 45% marks (if you’re in the SC/ST/OBC(Non-Creamy layers)/EWS/ Differently-abled categoryPH), then you’re in luck! You’ll be shortlisted for an interview based on how well you did. They’ll pick the top folks, up to five times the number of available seats.
- The Entrance Test is super important because it counts for 70% of your score, but don’t forget about the interview! That’s worth 30%, so you gotta be ready to impress.
- Keep an eye out for your interview letters! The schools will send them out, and you can also check the IGNOU website (www.ignou.ac.in) to see if you made the list.
Note: Just passing the Entrance Test doesn’t mean you automatically get in. There’s still more to do before you can start your PHD journey.
